Sarah and Ryan Engaged |First Landing State Park

Y’all!!! I cannot even begin to tell you how excited I am for this blog post. Sarah and Ryan knocked it out of the park. Theres nothing better for me as a photographer then to watch two people connect in front of my lens. Sarah and Ryan did that and so much more. They both just radiate happiness and you can tell how happy they make each other.

I am so glad they joined me at First Landing State Park and toughed through the heat and humidity. You’d never know it was like 96 degrees. I didn’t stop smiling the whole session even if we were dripping in sweat. When I came home to edit I had the biggest grin my jaw was hurting haha. Can’t wait for their big day!

Diggin’ the Digbys- A Williamsburg Backyard Wedding

I love a backyard home grown wedding y’all. They are so sweet and intimate.

Shemar and Steven are such a fun couple. They are all about having a good time and enjoying life with the ones you love. All of their closest family and friends joined them in Haven style with a golf cart arrival to the ceremony and their backyard reception.

It was such a beautiful day and ended with a “bang”. Bad firework joke.

I know these two are so happy and have finally found their happily ever after. Disney reference just for Shemar. Love you!

Pizza Cake Smash- Phoebe

The last month wedding season kicked in to high gear starting off with a double wedding weekend. The weather has been so nice too. This has allowed so much time and opportunity for some gorgeous outdoor sessions.

One of my first sessions this year was Phoebe 1st Birthday Cake/Pizza Smash. YES you read that correct. PIZZA SMASH. A girl after my own heart. Look at her sweet face.

She was such a doll. Happy Birthday Phoebe!

 

Norfolk Botanical Garden Bridal Session

Now that they have tied the knot I can share Michelles beautiful bridal session.

Michelle had a whole team with her for her bridal session. I love it when the people you love the most join in and share these moments with you. It makes it even more special.

Norfolk Botanical Gardens meant a lot to Michelle because that is where Eddie proposed to her. I’m such a sucker for deeper meanings and having an emotional connection to a certain place.

It was the perfect backdrop for her session. The gardens have so many different options for photos we were able to get such a great variety for her album.

Michelle and Eddie are officially Mr.&Mrs.Robinette. I couldn’t be happier for these two. They really compliment each other so well. Michelle is such a sweet soul and Eddie is full of laughter and has the biggest smile when he sees Michelle. He just lights up when she is around.

Their family and friends had me laughing all day. Everything about their day was so beautiful. Eddies mom did all of their decor. Yes ALL of it. She did the cake as well. Look at how gorgeous that cake is! So much talent.

I had such an amazing time at their wedding and I wish the two of you so many years of happiness.
